Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • There is a clear technical glitch that results in incorrect crediting of Q Credits.
  • There is an erroneous transaction caused either by Koviki Technology Solutions Private Limited and/or the payment partner.
  • Users must have valid account logins and must provide adequate proof to support their claims.
  • Refunds for access to expert-led discussions will not be issued, as these sessions are scheduled events and once attended, cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds for professional interview support services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the service.
  • Pushing Your CV to Top MNCs:
    • 1. Refunds for CV submission services are not applicable once the CV has been submitted to any company.
    • 2. Requests for refunds before the CV submission will be considered if made within 3 days of purchase.

General Refund Conditions

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with proof of purchase and a detailed reason for the refund request.
  • Approvals will be addressed and closed within 3 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed and credited to the to the customer's account within 14 business days on approval.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the terms of this policy are not met or if there is evidence of abuse of our refund policy.

Koviki Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is the responsibility of the user to review this policy periodically.
